    please help me my zen x-fi not detected by zenses i arleady installed the driver software and turn off any program that will use my zen but no work at all

    plss tell me the way...

    Does your device use MTP? I know that X-FI 2 uses MSC which wont work with Zenses as the format doesnt record the playcount or any info about plays.
