I've just installed and run Zenses2 for the first time and connected it with my Zen X-Fi. When I click Fetch Tracks, it shows in the lower left-hand corner that 3000+ tracks have been collected. However, when I switch to the unscrobbled tracks tab, there's nothing listed. The bottom left status message reads 'Device tracks collected and ready for scrobbling', yet in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, it says '0 tracks with a duration of 0'. Still nothing shows up.
Am I doing something wrong or is it some kind of bug? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
This means that all the tracks have a play count of 0 and your device isnt recording anything. Some players dont record play counts at all, whilst others require you to listen to the song from start to finish without any skips.
I am having the same issue with my Zen X-Fi and Zenses2beta
Can someone please offer a solution and some advice.
I know the X-Fi does track songs and that it does normally work - it just decided 3 days ago to stop working.
Can you follow the instructions here http://forum.sixones.com/discussion/22/running-the-debugger/#Item_2 and send your log file in?
Have you updated your devices or changed how your device works since Zenses stopped picking up the track counts?
SameWayofSaying: I have a zen x-fi also and have been struggling with the intuitiveness of this new Zenzes as well, but i think i might finally have it figured out. It makes little sense, but when you reach the point you are describing, try clicking Fetch Tracks one more time. the application will sort of freeze for a little while, but when it comes to the unscrobbled tracks should be there.
