Okay, so, the good news is that this player is recognized by both Zenses 0.2 and 2.0; however, there is a very weird play count bug in it that makes songs pop up multiple times. Just thought I'd let people know, and if I'm the only user with this device, I'd be happy to do a bit of testing.

Minor update to notify:
The firmware takes notice of any song you select, regardless of whether or not you have listened to it for one second or the whole way through. This means that if you skip over tracks in an album while in the Now Playing menu, there's a chance they could show up in Zenses. Kind of like how Zune takes notice around ten seconds into a song and the iPod only makes a record if you listen to the entire thing through.

That shouldnt be the case, MTP only marks a track as played after it has been played from start to finish, skipping over a track will not mark it as played.
Im not sure Sony would go against the MTP specification for this device, then again it is Sony.

Actually, the situation is a bit stranger with this player: It records each "PAUSE/PLAY" as an additional play count for the song. I just experimented with it a few times. If you pause a song 5 times, and not even finish, it'll be marked as played five times.
Really annoying, and I have no idea if there's a way to fix it.

In addition, each small jump while fast-forwarding is recorded as a play count *each*. I just fast-forwarded most of a track, and total play count for it is now shown as 32. Beyond ridiculous. The device is only recording how many times "play" has been resumed... unless Zenses is somehow retrieving the wrong data from the device.
Any help//comments?
